We all like to follow the 'New Year, New You' motto so why not think about making a change to your hair? With new trends always coming in and out of fashion, we have given you a little helping hand and predicted what we think will be the new hair trends of 2019!
Our first prediction has got to be Pastel colours. Although we saw some hints of pastel colours last year, we think that for Spring/Summer 2019 they are going to make a big return, bringing peaches, lavenders and smoky pinks. They are perfect to try for the summer as they are non-damaging to the hair's cuticle, and also fade without any lines of regrowth.
The silver/ grey blonde was a popular trend in 2018 and is definitely coming in to 2019 with us. This look is one that is perfect all year round, whether it be a darker charcoal grey or a light ashy silver! It also suits everyone in either a Balayage style or a full head.
If you are interested in achieving this look, it works its best on very light blonde hair, and in Salon toners are the perfect way to try the look.
We also predict a lot of warm tones in the hair this summer with some coppers, reds and warm browns. These are perfect for Spring/Summer as warmer tones can give a beautiful multi-tonal look and are rich in colour. These colours can be Demi- Permanent glosses (lasting 6-8 weeks) which are high in shine, non-damaging and fade without regrowth lines , or Permanent if you have a few 'natural' highlights!
