1. Take your vitamins Even if your diet is impeccable, it's possible you're missing out on some crucial hair-boosting vitamins. Once you start taking the right combo of vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and herbs, you can get fuller, shinier, and stronger hair in just a few months. Bonus: Your nails and skin will also benefit. Make sure any vitamin you find features 'Biotin' highly on the ingredient list. 2. Tweak your diet A diet rich in zinc, protein, iron and omega 3 fatty acids will help stimulate your hair follicles for growth. Alternate between chicken, red meat and fish during the week to cover all of these. 3. Stop avoiding those trims We aren't just here for when you fancy a drastic change- to keep your hair in top form and as healthy as can be (especially if you are growing it) a small trim every 6-8 weeks will keep the ends of your hair nice and healthy and thick. 4. Know your hair Just because a hair product is on sale, don't fall into the trap of trying something that won't be right for you. Everyone's hair is different, so it makes sense to ask your Stylist for the advice on what would be best for you and stick to it.
