So what *is* Olaplex?

Lets just get one thing straight: it's not "just another smoothing treatment". In fact, I wouldn't use the word smoothing to describe it at all!
Instead, it's a system that permanently rebuilds the damaged disulphide bonds in your hair that are broken during the chemical process. If you've over coloured or over processed your hair, it acts as a 'reset' button, ensuring your hair is repaired from the inside out.

It works as a three step system:
1) The most concentrated, this is mixed in to your colour by your Stylist to protect your hair whist processing. It can also be used as a 'stand alone' treatment if your hair is seriously compromised before any hair services, to regain it's strength and health
2) Step two is popped on your hair after the colour has been rinsed and toner (if needed) applied. It is applied on he hair before shampoo & conditioning, and left for a minimum for 10 minutes to work it's magic. You can also have this as a 'Mini Treatment' with a Cut or Blow Dry if your hair is a little parched and in need of a little TLC.
3) The last step is an optional take home product, and recommend to use once a week. This is also applied to damp hair before Shampooing & Conditioning, and left on the hair for a minimum for 10 minutes. If you want to maximise it's effect, try leaving it on overnight (a tip from Kim Kardashian herself!)
