The Coolest Short Hair Ideas

Updated: Mar 21, 2021

These hairstyles may inspire your next cut...

Are you ready to go a bit shorter?

We LOVE bouncy bobs- the graduation at the back of this cut adds a bit of interest, and 'invisible layers' add movement without compromising the heavy blunt edge at the ends of the hair.

Use with a bit of EVO's Salty Dog for texture, or Love Touch shine spray for smoothness.

If you're a bit fed up with your hair, why not switch it up and add a few different multi tonal colours to add depth and definition?

This will prevent your hair from looking flat, even on day two hair.

Styled with EVO's Box O'Bollox to a more grungy feel.

The pink pastel colour is a fun way to mix things up coming to Spring/Summer months, and can be as permanent (or non permanent) as you like!

Where the hair has been tapered in at the neck, it solves the problem of bulky thick hair around the nape, and without any 'flicky bits' sticking out at the sides.

Weight was taken out of the section by the crown by chipping in to the hair and adding lots of layers, which gives the Client volume and texture.

The cute peek-a-boo fringe finishes off the look with a soft edge.

Okay, first of all, we have to admit that this colour is BANGING.

Now to the cut- this graduated bob is ideal for smooth and sleek hair, which normally struggles to achieve volume or any shape.

By the way it's cut, it can fall in to place without much styling, and can be low maintenance.

However it can suit all hair types- frizzy and wavy hair too. As long as the Client is happy to put a bit more time and effort in to drying their hair with smoothing products and using heated tools, it can still achieve a smooth effect.
