We're looking for a Full Time Hairdresser to join our forward thinking business in our luxury Salon in Tunbridge Wells.
We are an established and growing brand with a young and dynamic working environment, and are always learning and attending courses and training.
We recently took on a new more sustainable brand of hair products, and are always trying new techniques and products to find what works best for us and to support our passion for hairdressing whilst being as sustainable and eco friendly as possible.
We have an established and loyal Clientele, and with increasing demand for appointments we are looking to grow our Team.
If you are familiar with Balayage but may need a little support, we can provide extra one to one training to make sure you are confident and ready to go.

Job Specification:
- Provide high quality hairdressing services.
- Reliable
- Give the best and unique advice to Clients.
- Amazing customer service skills.
- Willing to learn new techniques and skills.
- Be able to give 110% to your work and willing to grow your Client base.
- NVQ Level 2/3 and at least 2 years experience in the business.
- Answering calls, enquiries, bookings and new client consultations.
- to be sociable and keep up to date with latest styles and trends
